【ハリウッドより愛をこめて】今年のMTVアワード、あなたが注目したのは？

.The 28th Annual MTV VMAS aired live on Sunday, August 28th from the Nokia Theatre.Here is just a little sneak of the show....first of all this year,there WAS NO HOST for VMAS! That’s right...it seems that MTV has decided to go with a "non-traditional format" and not have just ONE host, but have various celebs and presenters take care of different parts of the show. This is the first time, I believe, that MTV has ever done something like this. And this year there was an indoor BLACK carpet, instead of the usual red carpet. The theme for the VMAs was "time travel", which was somehow incorporated throughout the event.
The presenters that have been confirmed included comedian Will Ferrell, Jack Black, Kim Kardashian, Selena Gomez, Drake, Joe Jonas from the Jonas Brothers, Taylor Lautner from the "Twilight" series, Nicki Minaj,etc. And the performers included Beyonce, who was currently up for three VMAs, and Lady Gaga, who had a VERY SPECIAL treat for all her "little monsters". It definitely was a great day for music lovers. Also performing that night were Adele, Bruno Mars, Lil Wayne, Chris Brown, and Pitbull and Ne-Yo will performed their smash hit together. And pop stars Rihanna and Nicki Minaj debuted their new single together as well! Also music legend Tony Bennett honored the late Amy Winehouse at the VMAs (he recently recorded a song with Amy for his upcoming "Duets II" album, which turned out to become her last studio session)
