Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7.1登場

Red Hatは3月5日(米国時間)、「Red Hat Continues Platform Innovation with the General Availability of the First Minor Release of Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7｜Red Hat」において、2014年6月に公開したRed Hat Enterprise Linux 7の初のマイナーアップグレードバージョンとなる「Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7.1」を公開したと伝えた。

「Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7.1」ではデプロイメントおよびデプロイメントツールの改善が取り込まれたほか、相互接続性の拡張、管理性の向上、セキュリティの改善、パフォーマンスの向上などが実現している。ほかのリリースと同じようにRed Hat Enterprise Linux 7.1もRed Hatによる10年サポートの対象とされている。

例えば、「Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7.1」にはGoogleが公開したコンテナ管理ツール「Kubernetes」
