After a whirlwind of non-stop travel since summer, I’m finally back home with a moment to reflect.

This journey has been filled with all sorts of emotions—anxiety, anger, sadness, but also so much joy. As the days grow colder and winter approaches, I’m inspired by nature’s rhythm: letting go of what no longer serves me and embracing what I want to nurture, like leaves falling away to conserve energy for the winter.
