最初の映画化は1926年に製作されたサイレント映画ですが、最も有名なのは1974年製作のフランシス・フォード・コッポラ脚本、ミア・ファロー（デイジー・ブキャナン役）＆ロバート・レッドフォード（ジェイ・ギャツビー役）競演の『華麗なるギャツビー』でしょう。今回の映画化では、レオがギャツビー役に、キャリーがデイジー役に、そしてトビーがニック・キャラウェイ役に扮します。

COMING UP IN 2012...
Well, readers, can you believe that we are already headed into a new year??? Time just always seems to go faster and faster... or is it just me?
I have a feeling that 2012 will be another big year in movies...we have some feature films coming out that have been in the making for a long time...
such as the upcoming Tom Cruise film (and NO, I am NOT talking about "Mission Impossible-Ghost Protocol")
