【ハリウッドより愛をこめて】米音楽史を塗り替えたケイティ、夫婦関係には陰り…？

I was just in downtown Los Angeles last weekend for a big charity event, and guess what was going on right next to where I was????
That’s right...the American Music Awards!!! I got to see just a little bit of the red carpet action, and I also got to see a lot of the audience members being shuffled in to the venue. I felt so bad though because it was raining VERY HARD!!! I don’t think I have seen it rain that hard in quite a while, and it was also cold...everyone was dressed all nice for the event, so I know that they were kinda bummed about that.
But from what it sounds like, things HEATED up inside! First of all, a big congratulations goes out to the unstoppable Katy Perry who received a special AMA crystal trophy on Sunday for being the first female to have five No.1 songs on the same album. Both Prince and Michael Jackson have received this award, but as you can tell by the people that have been recognized, it is QUITE a prestigious award!

Other than that, though, even though Katy Perry was nominated in quite a few categories, she didn’t win any other awards. The night absolutely belonged to the country superstar, Taylor Swift. Not only did she win Artist of the Year, she also won Best Country Female Artist and Favorite Country Album. Others to walk away with awards include Beyonce（Favorite Soul／R＆B Female Artist）
