【ハリウッドより愛をこめて】ノミネート発表の会場に潜入！　アカデミー賞授賞式迫る

, Jeff Bridges (last year’s winner), Jesse Eisenberg, James Franco (this year’s co-host of the Academy Awards), and the man to beat...Colin Firth. Now honestly, I can’t really see any of the other men winning...even though they are all phenomenal actors. Colin Firth has been receiving kudos for his role in King’s Speech ever since the Golden Globes, and I just can’t imagine it ending now.

Best Actress...now this COULD be a bit more difficult...we have Natalie Portman, Annette Bening, Nicole Kidman, Jennifer Lawrence, and Michelle Williams. In my opinion, the race is between Annette Bening and Natalie Portman. Ms. Bening has been nominated four times for an Academy AWard, and has yet to pick up a Golden Statue. So she is probably the sentimental favorite..HOWEVER Natalie Portman has been the one picking up the awards for Best Actress so far, so I have a feeling that Oscar night will be the same. Also...another fun fact...every actress that has been nominated WHILE pregnant has always won!
Now Best Supporting Actor nominees....John Hawkes, Jeremy Renner, Mark Ruffalo, Geoffrey Rush, and the current frontrunner, Christian Bale.
This category, once again, has an incredibly versatile group of actors...however, Christian Bale is, most definitely, the man to beat.

Best Supporting Actress...Amy Adams, Helena Bonham Carter, Hailee Steinfield, Jacki Weaver, and Melissa Leo. So for this category, there are two (Amy Adams and Melissa Leo)
